Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.

You can also track your order anytime through our page using your order number and email address.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to our support team for further assistance.

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us within 24 hours at support@nuvrame.com — we’ll do our best to make corrections before the order ships.
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address or issue a refund due to an incorrect entry.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nuvrame is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages marked as delivered by the courier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We’ll be happy to help provide tracking details or assist in filing a claim.
